Effective communication is the key to your professional success. In this course, participants will learn what, when and how information is communicated across business organizations as well as tips on personal communications. They will learn communication
principles and techniques that will help them express their ideas clearly, engage their audience, and negotiate terms. Communication is a two-way street. In this course, participants should be prepared to receive thoughtful guidance and begin to practice
their skills. Each week includes training, short assessments, and interactive exercises on real-world scenarios to teach workplace communication solutions.
